We offer convenient discounted ticket books for guests riding multiple times.
Please use them appropriately for your situation.

When boarding, please tear out 2 tickets for an adult fare or 1 ticket for a Children/Seniors/Disabled fare, and hand them to the bus driver.

These convenient discounted passes let you freely ride IKEBUS any number of times in one day.

Those who have a Tokyo Metro 24-hour ticket that is valid at the time of boarding will receive a discount on an IKEBUS All-Day Pass.

Important Points about Fares

• When boarding the bus, please pay the designated fare.
  Unless purchasing a ticket book, fares are taken via the fare box. In addition, ticket books tickets are handed to the bus driver to redeem them.
• Fares are paid in advance, and the following methods of payment are accepted. Please prepare payment before boarding.

Important Notes for Riding the Bus

• The bus has only one entrance/exit. Please allow passengers to disembark before boarding.
• The bus is wheelchair accessible. You will be assisted in boarding and disembarking via the lift at the rear of the vehicle.
• Please fold up strollers while on the bus. Thank you for your cooperation The bus is small, so we ask for your understanding.
• The bus is small, so seating is limited. We ask that you be considerate of others when using the bus.
• Please refrain from bringing pets with you on the bus. Thank you for your understanding.
  However, service dogs are allowed to ride the bus.
• The bus has a capacity of 20 persons, including standing room. You may be unable to board the bus if there is no space available. Thank you for your understanding. If you are booking reservations for a group, please contact the bus company in advance.
• Due to environmental considerations as part of Toshima City’s SDGs Local Government Model Project and our aim to enable passengers to experience the changing of the seasons in Ikebukuro, IKEBUS is not equipped with air conditioning. When riding, please coordinate your clothing with the temperature, etc., in mind.

To customers using wheelchairs and strollers
Our drivers are happy to help you anytime. Please feel free to let us know.
Wheelchair lifts are installed at the rear of all IKEBUS. You can get on the bus dirctly from the sidewalk at ease. The wheelchair can be fixed with the bar installed at the end of the bus while in the bus.
