Terms of change
Change of online bus booking
The items that can be changed will vary depending on the bus company and plan. Please check your booking details on MY PAGE for WILLER members or on the booking confirmation page for non-members.
Changes of reservation are available
The following changes can be made from My Page to plans noted as Changes of reservation are available.
- Departure date (one day before or after the original booking date)
- Bus departure time
- Seat type
- Package type
- Boarding and arrival locations
- Number of passengers
Changes of reservation are restricted
The following changes can be made from My Page to packages noted as Changes of reservation are restricted.
- Boarding and arrival locations
- Number of passengers
Important
- The plans with options cannot be changed.
- After the deadline, you can not change your booking from MY PAGE.
- In case of changing after the deadline or changing a reservation made by phone, please contact our customer center.
Change of tour booking
Change of tour booking is not acceptable. Please cancel the present booking once and book with a new schedule again. The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation deadline has passed. Please check the booking details on MY PAGE for the cancellation fee and the deadline.
Changes by phone
Bookings made by phone and certain bookings made online can be changed only through the customer center.
Please note that during peak service hours, our lines may be busy.
