Announcement Regarding Arrangement Fees

The following rules on the collection of arrangement fees have changed as follows.

[ Applicable date ]
Before change: Starting at 10:00 a.m. on March 3rd, 2025
After change: Morning of April 1st, 2025

[ Excluded basic adult fare ]
Before change: 1,500 yen or less
After change: 5,000 yen or less

After the morning of April 1, 2025, an arrangement fee of 330 yen will be charged per bus when making a reservation on an intercity highway bus that has a seat reservation system.
The arrangement fee is set in accordance with the standards established by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
We will make every effort to further improve our customer service and thank you for your understanding.

*The arrangement fee will not be charged for intercity highway bus routes with a seat reservation system that include sections where the basic adult fare is 5,000 yen or less.
*The arrangement fee will not be charged for "Non-reserved Ticket".

Please check the details shown on the reservation screen for the services that will be subject to the arrangement fee. (From April 1, 2025)

Note:

*The arrangement fee will not be charged for intercity highway bus routes with a seat reservation system that include sections where the basic adult fare is 5,000 yen or less.
Example)
For route X from boarding point A to points B and C
(1) From A → B Basic fare: 1,000 yen
(2) From A → C Basic fare: 8,000 yen
As the journey in (1) is less than 5,000 yen, the arrangement fee will not be charged for any of the sections of journey (1) or journey (2).

*The arrangement fee will not be charged for "Non-reserved Ticket".
