Cancellation fee
Cancellation fees vary depending on the bus plan or the tour you book. Please check the 'Cancellation Fee' on the reservation detail page.
Your reservation details can be found on My Page for WILLER members or on the booking confirmation page for non-members.
Changes in which the cancellation fee applies
Besides cancellations, there are some cases in which cancellation fees apply when making changes.
Please note that the following changes are treated as a cancellation.
- When the number of passengers in a booking is reduced
- When an option is changed or cancelled
- When the type of passenger (student, adult) is changed
- When the sex of a passenger is changed
- When the boarding or arrival location is changed to a location where a different fare applies
Important
- Please note that the cancellation fee applies to each passenger's change or cancellation.
Changes in which the cancellation fee does not apply
No cancellation fee will be applied to changes that are defined as changeable items for each bus plan.
Please check your booking details on My Page for WILLER members or on the booking confirmation page for non-members to make any changes.
Changes of reservation are available
The following changes can be made from My Page to the plans noted 'Changes of reservation are available' as long as it is done before the deadline.
- Departure date (one day before or after the original date booking date)
- Bus
- Seat type
- Package type
- Boarding and arrival locations
- Increasing the number of passengers
- Passenger names
Changes of reservation are restricted
The following changes can be made from My Page to the plans noted as 'Changes of reservation are restricted' as long as it is done before the deadline.
- Boarding or arrival location to a location with the same fare
- Increasing the number of passengers
- Passenger names
