How to cancel ferry booking
STEP 1: Log in from the 'My Page' icon to your WILLER member account.


STEP 2: Go to 'Recent reservations list' in 'Ferry Only' Section.


STEP 3: Select the plan to cancel
This is the screen to confirm your reserved plan.
From "Ferry Only" on My Page, please confirm the plan you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel reservations” button.


STEP 4: Confirm cancellation details
This is the screen to make a final confirmation of the cancellation details. Please confirm the details of the plan to be canceled.


STEP 5: Confirm/enter payment information
This is the screen to confirm the details of the reservation to be canceled and to enter/select the payment method or refund method if cancellation fees, etc., occur due to the reservation cancellation.


From "Reservation Management" > "Current Reservations List" on My Page, please confirm the plan you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel Reservation" button.
Please review any cancellation fees or refund amounts that apply.
If payment or a refund occurs due to cancellation, please select the payment method.
Please confirm the details of the plan to be canceled and click the "Complete Cancellation" button.
STEP 6: Cancellation Complete
This will be the cancellation completion confirmation screen.


If a cancellation fee is incurred due to the cancellation of your reservation, please make the payment by the payment deadline.
When Canceling a Round-Trip Reservation Online (via My Page), it is only possible to cancel the entire round trip together. If you wish to cancel only the outbound or return trip, please call us here.
