About arrangement fees
From April 1st, 2025, the arrangement fee of 330 yen will be charged for each trip upon reservation of an intercity express bus with reserved seats.
The arrangement fee is the fee paid to arrange one bus service. The bus arrangement is completed when the reservation is completed, so the arrangement fee will not be refunded if you cancel.
*The arrangement fee will not be charged for intercity highway bus routes with a seat reservation system that include sections where the basic adult fare is 5,000 yen or less.

Your reservation details can be found on My Page for WILLER members or on the booking confirmation page for non-members.
Changes in which the cancellation fee applies
Besides cancellations, there are some cases in which cancellation fees apply when making changes.
Please note that the following changes are treated as a cancellation.
- Booking changes for bus companies other than WILLER EXPRESS and STAR EXPRESS.
- Following booking changes for WILLER EXPRESS and STAR EXPRESS.
- When the number of passengers in a booking is reduced
- When an option is changed or canceled
- When the type of passenger (student, adult) is changed
- When the sex of a passenger is changed
- When the boarding or arrival location is changed to a location where a different fare applies
Important
- Please note that the cancellation fee applies to each passenger's change or cancellation.
- Change of tour booking is not acceptable. Please cancel the present booking once and book with a new schedule again. The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation deadline has passed.
- It is not possible to change a reservation if WeChat Pay or Alipay+ is used for the payment. Please cancel the reservation and make a new one. It will be necessary to pay the arrangement fee again at that time.
