Fuji, which is a sacred place for mountain worshipers at the summit of Komitake. This shrine has been worshiped by many ascetics since ancient times as the guardian deity of Mt. Fuji climbing, and is said to have the blessings of good health, longevity, safe childbirth, and marriage.
Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine
The itinerary also includes Arakura Sengen Park, which is famous for taking an essentially Japanese photos by capturing in one shot these sights: Mount Fuji, a World Heritage Site; the five-tiered pagoda (Chureito tower), reminiscent of Kyoto.
