What is the process for checking for cancellations and refund if severe weather is expected?

If "Good service" is displayed
If you cancel, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
- Please note that services may be cancelled in the future due to worsening weather or sudden unforeseen circumstances.
- If you cancel before a service is suspended, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
- Please check the service information again before boarding.

You can also check the bus's operational status from My Page.
Please check if your reservation has a red box that says "Cancelled."
If "In Operation (with conditions)" is displayed
As of now, this bus is expected to operate, but there is a possibility that service may be canceled due to bad weather or other factors. If you cancel this bus service, no cancellation fee will be incurred. Additionally, you can cancel it yourself from My Page.
- The "In Operation (with conditions)" status is set by the bus operating company when bad weather, such as a typhoon or heavy snow, is anticipated, or when a delay is expected in advance.
- Depending on the situation, the service may be canceled in the future, so please be sure to check the service information.
Notice
- *For customers who paid at a convenience store and wish to receive a refund to a bank account, the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
- *The arrangement fee is non-refundable.
- *Tour products (reservation numbers starting with V) are not eligible. The stipulated cancellation fee will apply even if the itinerary includes a bus marked "In Operation (with conditions)".
- *The "In Operation (with conditions)" status is set at the discretion of the operating company. If this status is not displayed, we cannot compensate for any damages resulting from delays to your destination.
- *If you cancel your reservation yourself before the "In Operation (with conditions)" status is announced, the regular cancellation fee will apply.

- *1: Bus service may be canceled due to reasons such as typhoons or heavy snow. Please be sure to check the service information.
- *2: Tour products (reservation numbers starting with V) are not eligible. The stipulated cancellation fee will apply even if the itinerary includes a bus marked "In Operation (with conditions)".
- *3: This also applies if you booked a round trip and either the outward or return journey becomes "In Operation (with conditions)" before departure.
If "Cancelled" is displayed
We will fully refund the bus fare.
You do not need to process the cancellation yourself.
- For tour products (booking numbers starting with V), a full refund will be issued if cancelled before the start of the first itinerary. After the tour has begun, only the unused portion will be refunded.
(Example: If your return bus is cancelled, an amount equivalent to the return bus fare will be refunded at a later date.) - Bus operators will decide to suspend service if it becomes difficult to operate due to severe weather, such as a typhoon or heavy snow, or for other reasons.
- To confirm if your reserved bus service has been cancelled, check your email, My Page, or the Service Information list for a "Cancelled" status.
- If your reservation includes an arrangement fee, the fee will not be refunded.

For WILLER EXPRESS/STAR EXPRESS
Service cancellation timing
In the event of a service cancellation due to natural disasters like typhoons or heavy snow, a decision will be made approximately 3 hours before departure. Once the cancellation is confirmed, an email notification will be sent to the email address on your reservation.
*Please note that due to sudden changes in weather or road conditions, we may have to inform you of a cancellation just before departure.
