Due to a sudden change in plans, you won’t be able to make the bus that you have a reservation on.

Precautions
Notice on changing your booking
- For reservation with multiple tickets, change must be completed for all group members. To change for only 1 person, you will need to cancel the ticket for that person, and rebook that ticket.
- If the ticket price after change is higher, please pay the balance
- You cannot use WILLER points to pay the balance
Please pay the balance before boarding - If the ticket after change is cheaper, you will receive a refund
- For refund to Japanese bank account, you will need to pay the handling fee of 440 JPY. You can choose to receive the refund by WILLER points
- For plans eligible for change, there will be an icon "Changes are available"
- Changes can only be processed from My Page for WILLER members or on Booking confirmation page (Guest page) for non-members.
- Bookings made by phone and certain bookings made online can be changed only by phone. We don't accept any changes by email.
See Customer Center for further information. - You can only change to another bus, as long as the bus is of the same route as the original booking
Changes on round-trip tickets
- Once the outbound trip has departed, you cannot make any changes on the return trip
- Changes are possible only if the boarding/ arrival locations before and after change are the same
- If you want to change the round-trip, please change ticket of each trip seperately.
- The outbound trip and return trip cannot be reversed.
- The round-trip discount is applied to the following routes: Tokyo- Nagano, Osaka- Nagoya, Hiroshima- Takamatsu
