Just drop off your luggage at the airport arrivals floor counter or your hotel's front desk, and fill out a simple tag. No claim slip is necessary.

Let Airporter take care of your luggage, and enjoy a great time seeing the sights!

When the time comes, pick up your luggage at the airport or your hotel.

For buses departing from Narita Airport, a limited number of seats are available for the internet bookings.
Even if no seats are available on the reservation calendar, some seats may be available at the LCB bus ticket counter at Narita Airport on the day of boarding at the basic fare. (*No boarding when the seats are full)

The Early Booking Plan is limited to the number of seats for both departures from Ikebukuro and Narita Airport.

Reservations can be changed online up to 24 hours prior to departure for the Early Booking Plan and up to 10 minutes prior to departure for the Basic Fare Plan. Reservations cannot be changed after the above deadlines.
If you miss the deadline, please cancel your current reservation on My Page and then make a new reservation.
