About WILLER Memberships
It’s easy to become a WILLER member. Just fill out the member application form to register. The best part is that it’s free!
WILLER members are eligible to earn and use WILLER Points and online discount coupons for great savings. A WILLER membership also makes it easy to book trips because your contact information is already entered.
How to Sign up
- 1) You can sign up while booking a trip or in advance. Simply fill out the information and agree to the WILLER Membership Agreement.

When booking a trip on the WILLER website, the member registration screen will appear after your selecting a plan. It will also appear for online JAPAN BUS PASS purchases. - Sign up in advance

- After creating your account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Membership Levels
WILLER memberships have two levels, White and Gold. All members start out at the White level, and the status is upgraded to Gold for members meeting service use criteria. A higher level provides more benefits.

Accounts are upgraded to Gold status if either of the following criteria is met during one calendar year: 1) Riding on our buses more than 5 times or 2) Accumulating more than 1,000 WILLER Points. |

*About the Gold Rank
You will be upgraded to Gold if you fulfill any one of the two following conditions between January 1 and December 31 of the same year:
- 1) Riding on our buses more than 5 times
- 2) Accumulating more than 1,000 WILLER Points
Accounts meeting either of the criteria listed in the table within a calendar year will be upgraded to Gold status. Upgrades take effect on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the upgrade will be effective on the next business day.
