Cancellation Request Form

Booking cancellations can be made on your My Page for WILLER members or on Reservation Confirmation Page for non-members. Please log in to these pages and make cancellations.
If you cannot cancel your booking from these pages, you can also cancel through the cancellation request form. The cancellation process is completed when you receive the confirmation email from the customer center.
*JAM JAM EXPRESS bus reservations cannot be canceled via email or the cancellation request form. View details

Notice

  • The cancellation fee is calculated based on when the customer center receives your cancellation request.
  • Japan Bus Pass cannot be canceled by email or throuogh this form. Please cancel from My Page.

About cancellation

Booking cancellations can be made on your My Page for WILLER members or on Reservation Confirmation Page for non-members except for the day of departure. Please log in to these pages and make cancellations.

If you cannot cancel your booking from these pages, you can also cancel through Cancellation Request Form.

How to cancel JAM JAM EXPRESS

  1. Cancel your reservation through "My Page" or "Reservation Confirmation Page" for non-members

    If you are unable to cancel via My Page or Reservation Confirmation Page for non-members, please call WILLER Customer Center. Cancellation by email or the cancellation request form is not accepted.

  2. Outside Customer Center business hours and within 30 minutes of departure

    If it's outside Customer Center business hours and within 30 minutes of departure, cancellations can be accepted via the dedicated number below.

Notice

  • JAM JAM EXPRESS dedicated number is only available from 30 minutes prior to departure. Support is not available at other times.
  • If you contact any number other than the one provided, we may not be able to assist you.
  • Lines may be busy just before departure, so please contact us with ample time to spare.
  • If you call WILLER or JAM JAM EXPRESS Dedicated Line before departure, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. However, please note that if you don't, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
