How to change or cancel a booking with Japan Bus Pass

Select Bus Pass management on My Page.

Step 3

Click the "Change/cancel reservation" button of the booking you want to change/cancel.

Step 4

Choose "Change" to change your booking, "Cancel" to cancel your booking.

If you change/cancel your Bus Pass booking before departure time, the Bus Pass portion for that date will go back to "unused" status.
You cannot change/cancel your Bus Pass booking after departure time.
