Osaka Plan: Sampling a light portion of traditional chanko-nabe, the signature sumo dish.

• This tour will be a walking tour. Vehicle transportation is not included.
• If you are late for the meeting time on the day, you may not be able to participate in the tour. Please arrive with plenty of time.
• This tour is not a private guided tour. You may be accompanied by other groups.
• Entry to areas that require an additional fee is not included.
• Refunds for any possible cancellations will be calculated based on Japanese yen. Customers may not receive the amount paid in full depending on the timing of rates.

Etiquette when watching the Sumo tournament

1. Take off your shoes.
2. It is not permitted to sit beyond the seat partition, or to enter or move to adjacent seats.
3. Any behaviors that interfere with the Sumo tournament or other spectators are prohibited: using smartphones, moving or standing up during the tournament, etc.
4. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage caused by not following the organizer's instructions or due to its own negligence. The same shall apply to subsequent compensation.0
5. Cheering with large banners or musical instruments (trumpets, drums, flutes, hardware) is not allowed.
6. Please use cheering goods that fit within the width of your seat.
7. Each cheering banner or message board must be held up by one person. (Items brought by two or more people are considered prohibited items.)
8. The contents of small flags, banners, and message boards are limited to those that cheer sumo and sumo wrestlers.
9. It is prohibited to use any other cheering goods that is deemed to interfere with the progress of the sumo competition or facility management operations, or cause a nuisance to other customers.

THE SUMO HALL HIRAKUZA OSAKA

1. Seating: All seats are general admission and include a light tasting of chanko-nabe. Seat selection is not available.
2. Show Duration: The performance is approximately 70 minutes.
3. Wrestler Match Participation: Only selected participants, chosen by lottery on the day of the event, will have the opportunity to face a sumo wrestler. Not all attendees can participate.
4. Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activities.
5. Food and Beverage Policy: No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue.
6. ID Verification: You may be asked to present a passport or valid ID for identity and age verification upon entry.
7. Cancellation Policy: The event may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, performer illness or injury, infectious disease, administrative requests, or venue-related issues.
8. Ticket Policy: Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
9. Photography and Recording: Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use via smartphones or similar devices.
10. Behavior: Please ensure your actions do not disturb other guests during the performance.
