The Japanese Sword Museum
This museum is a base for preserving the unique traditional culture of Japanese swords and disseminating Japanese swords to the world.
There are many famous swords and armors on display, and you can see up close their high level of skill and artistry.
There is also a place where you can learn about how to make Japanese swords and their history, so even first-timers can enjoy learning.

Tocho-ji temple
Tocho-ji Temple, the oldest temple in Fukuoka City, is characterized by beautiful gardens and traditional architecture. The highlight is the large wooden Buddha statue, which is 10.8 meters high and is one of the largest wooden Buddha statues in Fukuoka. As a symbol of the temple, there is a beautiful five-storied pagoda painted in vermilion. It was built in 2000 and is characterized by its elegant appearance of 30 meters in height.

Shofuku-ji temple
Shofuku-ji is one of the first temples in Japan where the Zen sect (Rinzai sect) spread, and is the birthplace of Japanese Zen. This temple was founded in 1195 by Eisai, a monk from the Kamakura period who spread Zen Buddhism in Japan. Buildings such as the main hall, Kaizando hall, and Sanmon gate have the characteristics of Zen Buddhism architecture and have historical value.
