FAQ
Will the tour be canceled in case of bad weather?
Yes. If we determine that guest safety cannot be guaranteed due to severe weather, such as strong winds or high waves, the tour may be canceled.
A final decision will be made on the day of the tour, and we will contact you if it is canceled.
What happens to the E-BIKE tour and outdoor activities in case of rain? Will there be any change to the fee?
Depending on the amount of rainfall, we may cancel the E-BIKE tour and switch to vehicle transportation. Outdoor activities may also be modified. Please note that the tour fee remains the same in these cases.
What happens if no fish are caught during the "Hibiki-ami" fishing experience?
You can still enjoy light refreshments at the restaurant even if there is no catch. We appreciate your understanding that the tour price will not be adjusted based on the amount of fish caught.
What kind of clothes should I wear for the tour?
Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. For your safety on the E-BIKE, we ask that you avoid wearing skirts or long, loose-fitting pants.
Can children and seniors participate? Are there any restrictions?
We strive to make our tours accessible to children who can ride a bicycle and to seniors. However, as some activities may have physical requirements, please contact us at the time of booking to discuss any specific concerns.
Is it possible to provide vegetarian options or cater to specific food allergies?
We are unable to provide vegetarian meals.
