Purchasing tickets from these unauthorized sellers (resale sites, proxy-purchasing services, etc.) may result in the following disadvantages for customers:
Risks when your purchase tickets through unauthorized channels
- Your reservation may not be valid, and you may not be able to board the bus.
(Examples: No seat has actually been secured and the bus is already full, or your reservation information does not match your information, preventing bus drivers from verifying the passenger’s identity.) - Important notices regarding emergencies such as cancellations or delays may not reach you.
- You may be unable to change or cancel your reservation yourself.
- You may be charged fares higher than the indicated amount or forced to pay unclear service fees.
- If an issue occurs with tickets purchased through an unauthorized seller, for example if you’re unable to board or denied a refund, we are unable to assume any responsibility.
- Additionally, our customer service desk cannot respond to inquiries about refunds or reservations related to such tickets. Please contact the website or company from which you purchased the ticket directly.

Handling of bus tickets
- Under our Terms and Conditions of Carriage, tickets obtained through fraudulent means are invalid for boarding.
- Additionally, we do not permit unauthorized businesses without a contract with us to sell, broker, or arrange (proxy-purchase) tickets for profit, as doing so prevents us from ensuring customers’ safety and providing a secure travel experience.
- Reservations deemed to violate (or potentially violate) these terms may be invalidated without prior notice.
