Notice Regarding the Revision of WILLER Point Expiration Dates
Thank you for using WILLER TRAVEL.
We regret to inform you that we are changing the expiration period for WILLER points. The change will apply to points awarded on or after March 10th, 2025.
Before the Change：
Expiration period for regular points and refunded points due to cancellations: 3 years from the date of issuance
After the Change：
Expiration period for regular points and refunded points due to cancellations: 1 year from the date of issuance
Points awarded on or before March 9, 2025, will continue to expire 3 years from the date of issuance, as per the current policy.
Also, please rest assured that you can continue using the points you currently own under the same expiration terms as before.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.
