Notice of Change of Management Company due to Spin-off

Thank you for using WILLER TRAVEL.

WILLER, Inc., the operator of WILLER TRAVEL, has decided to transfer its WILLER TRAVEL business and related businesses, including the WILLER membership system, to a newly established company, WILLER MARKETING CORPORATION (see below for a summary). The transfer date is January 1, 2023, subject to final approval by the Company's general shareholders' meeting to be held within the current year.

Please be assured that WILLER MARKETING CORPORATION and the other newly established company, WILLER ACROSS CORPORATION will be responsible for handling all travel and ticketing arrangements accepted by December 31, 2022. (The contractual relationship will be taken over in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and the Travel Agency Act.)

Please be assured that details of the WILLER membership scheme, such as registration, usage records and ranking points, the WILLER point program and associated benefits (including those linked to partner companies) will remain unchanged.

Please note that the company name will be changed in the various terms and conditions as of January 1, 2023 (effective as of this date).

We will also be replacing and changing the corporate descriptions and displays in various locations in due course. We understand that some of the changes will have to be made at a later date, and we ask for your understanding and patience in this regard.

We will make every effort to further improve our products and services, and we hope that you will continue to use WILLER TRAVEL in the future.
