WILLER EXPRESS and STAR EXPRESS measures against ease mask guidelines

Thank you very much for using WILLER EXPRESS.

In accordance with government and Japan Bus Association guidelines, WILLER EXPRESS/STAR EXPRESS passengers are requested to decide whether or not to wear a mask when boarding the bus from Monday, March 13, 2023.
Our drivers and bus stop attendants will also decide whether or not to wear masks at their own discretion.

*If you are frequently exposed to droplets (sneezing, coughing, etc.), the driver may ask you to wear a mask.
*When coughing or sneezing, we ask for your cooperation in practicing cough etiquette by covering your nose and mouth with a mask or cloth.

The following measures will continue to be implemented.

• Sterilize and clean the inside of the bus
• Change the air inside the bus in 5 minutes
• Installation of hand sanitizers for passengers
• Drivers' physical condition management
