Payment at Family mart
- Because of store regulations, the maximum payment that can be made is 300,000 yen.
- To make your payment at the convenience store, the payment number and the phone number which you have registered when you made your booking will be required.
- After payment, the register will distribute a receipt, which you need to board your reserved bus.
How to pay at Family Mart (Payment by Multi-Copy Machines)
1Start the procedure at the multi-copy machine in FamilyMart stores.
2Select「代金支払い」(payments) on the TOP screen.
3Select「次へ」(next)
4Select「番号入力」(enter number)
5Enter the payment number(6 digits)
6Enter the phone number*
7Confirm the contents and select "OK"
8Confirm the details of your reservation.
9Print out an application ticket and pay at the cashier.
An "application ticket" will be output from the multi-copier. Please take it to the cashier and make payment within 30 minutes.
*Please be sure to receive in exchange for the payment.
- *The phone number that can be entered when making a reservation on WILLER TRAVEL is 11 digits. If you have a phone number with more than 12 digits, please enter 11 digits when making a payment, as the phone number may be registered with only the first 11 digits.
