Table of travel service handling fees
(This document is part of the document describing the transaction conditions as stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act.)

The following rules on the collection of arrangement fees have changed as follows.

Notes:
- The travel service handling fees listed above include consumption tax.
- The amounts written above may be revised separately.
- The arrangement fee will not be charged for intercity highway bus routes with a seat reservation system that include sections where the basic adult fare is 5,000 yen or less.
Example)
For route X from boarding point A to points B and C
(1) From A → B Basic fare: 1,000 yen
(2) From A → C Basic fare: 8,000 yen
As the journey in (1) is less than 5,000 yen, the arrangement fee will not be charged for any of the sections of journey (1) or journey (2). - The arrangement fee will not be charged for "Non-reserved Ticket".

The arrangement fee is the fee charged to arrange a ticket on an intercity highway bus that has a seat reservation system.
Our company now serves customers from all over the world.
This arrangement fee has been set to enable us to meet the diverse needs and to provide more typical Japanese hospitality.
Please check the details shown on the reservation screen for the services that will be subject to the arrangement fee. (From April 1st, 2025)
*Please note that the price of the arrangement fee and the routes where it will be charged are subject to change.
*The arrangement fee will not be charged for intercity highway bus routes with a seat reservation system that include sections where the basic adult fare is 5,000 yen or less.
*The arrangement fee will not be charged for routes that are not reserved.
This will depend on the status of payment.

There will be no additional arrangement fee charged.
[If you have not yet paid]
An arrangement fee will be charged for the reservation after the change.
*It is not possible to change a reservation if WeChat Pay or Alipay+ is used for the payment.
Please cancel the reservation and make a new one.
It will be necessary to pay the arrangement fee again at that time.
The arrangement fee is the fee paid to arrange one bus service.
The bus arrangement is completed when the reservation is completed, so the arrangement fee will not be refunded if you cancel.
However, in the following case, it will be judged that the reservation was not established, so a refund will be given as points.
When intending to buy a ticket by combining payment at a convenience store and the use of WILLER points, but the payment deadline elapses
<Example case where a refund will be provided>
If you selected to pay a 5,330 yen ticket (bus fare 5,000 yen + arrangement fee 330 yen) by using 100 points and "convenience store payment" for the remaining 5,230 yen, but the payment deadline for the convenience store payment elapses, the reservation will be automatically canceled and will not have been established, so there will be no charging of an arrangement fee and the 100 points you used will be refunded.
*When paying by credit card, the arrangement of the bus is completed when the reservation is completed, so there will be no refund.
The arrangement fee is the fee paid to arrange one bus service.
When a reservation has been made, an arranged travel contract has been concluded and the arrangement of the bus is completed.
The arrangement fee is charged for the work performed to arrange the bus, so no refund will be provided if the service is canceled.
The amount for the bus fare will be refunded in full.
