Notes on reservations for Oirase-go
This page explains the precautions regarding reservations for Oirase-go. Please be sure to read them carefully before making a reservation.
Seat reservation fee (reservation fee)
300 yen per seat (fare is to be paid separately on board the bus).
About payment method
Please pay the fare in cash or with a designated Japanese transportation IC card when you get off the bus.
Passengers using the "Japan Rail Pass" or "JR EAST PASS (Tohoku area)" should present their pass to the bus driver (free of charge).
Reservation period
- Starting Date of Reservation: From 10:00 a.m. three month prior to departure date
- Reservations are accepted until 60 minutes before the departure time of the first bus stop.
- Even if you are using a "JAPAN RAIL PASS" or "JR EAST PASS (Tohoku Area)", please make a seat reservation.
- If you do not make a reservation, you may be refused boarding if there are no vacant seats.
- Please make reservations as early as possible, as reservations can be very busy.
Bus stops requiring / not requiring seat reservations
- If you are boarding the bus at Hachinohe Station West Exit, a reservation is required.
- No reservation is required for boarding from bus stops between Towada City Machinaka Kotsu Hiroba and Shimo-Utarube. Please board on a first-come, first-served basis, using any available seats.
About boarding on the day of the tour
Please present the email you will receive the day before boarding, or tell the crew the bus number, seat number, and your name.
Refunds for Convenience Store Payments
If you choose convenience store payment as your payment method, refunds are not available. Your purchase amount can only be converted to WILLER Points.
