Bus Stop Reservation Requirements

• Please make a reservation if you are boarding at Aomori Sta. East Exit or Shin Aomori Sta.
• Reservations are not accepted for boarding at stops between Ropeway Sta. and Jogakura Onsen. Passengers will board on a first-come, first-served basis, so please take any available seats.

Seat Reservation Fee

300 yen per seat (Fare must be paid separately on the bus)

Payment of Bus Fare

Please pay separately with cash or a transportation IC card when getting off the bus.
If you are using a JAPAN RAIL PASS or JR EAST PASS, please show your pass to the driver (bus fare is covered).

Reservation Period

• Bookings open from 10:00 AM, 3 months prior to the date of travel.
• Bookings close at the departure time of the first bus of the day.
• Reservations are also required for JAPAN RAIL PASS and JR EAST PASS holders.
• If you do not have a reservation, you may not be able to board if all seats are full.
• Seats may sell out quickly during busy periods, so early booking is highly recommended.

Boarding Instructions

Please be sure to show the confirmation email sent to you the day before your trip upon boarding.

Refund Policy for Convenience Store Payments

If you choose Convenience Store Payment, cash/card refunds are not available. (Refunds will be issued in points instead.)

Please note that our company assumes no liability for service suspensions or facility closures.We kindly ask customers to verify operating schedules and facility business hours directly on their own.
In addition, trip modifications can be made up until the departure time at the first bus stop.Please process any changes yourself directly through the booking website.
