These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") stipulate the conditions and other matters regarding applying for the “Bus Monitor Lottery” (hereinafter referred to as the “the Lottery”), a promotional campaign organized by WILLER EXPRESS, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "WILLER EXPRESS").

Please read carefully and agree to these Terms and Conditions before applying for the Lottery. By submitting an application for the Lottery (i.e. by submitting the application form), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility, conditions, and schedule

Applicants must meet the following conditions and schedule.

・Eligibility

You must be a foreign national living in Japan (*Japanese nationals are not eligible).
Applications for this Lottery are limited to one per person.

・Schedule

Application period: Monday, September 7, to 12:00 pm on Monday, September 28, 2026
Notification of selection: On or around Friday, October 2, 2026
Deadline for winners to respond: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (*Selection will be void if no response is received by the deadline.)
Bus travel and filming period: Friday, October 2, to Monday, November 30, 2026
Deadline for posting video on social media: Monday, December 14, 2026

・Participation and posting requirements

Applicants must accurately enter all required information in the designated application form and complete their application.
After traveling by bus, applicants must post video content (such as a Reel or short-form video) showing their actual bus journey, including the comfort of the seats and scenes from their trip, to their own social media account by Monday, December 14, 2026. (*Stories are not eligible.)
Applicants must agree to allow WILLER EXPRESS to use and edit the posted video content free of charge for secondary use on its official social media accounts, website, advertisements, and other media.

2. Prize (free one-way bus fare coupon)

Following a rigorous selection process, selected applicants will receive a WILLER EXPRESS one-way bus fare coupon (issued via a dedicated URL).
The coupon may be used for a one-way reservation on an eligible route, for any seat type, for travel through November 30, 2026.
After receiving notification of selection, selected applicants must use the dedicated coupon URL provided to make their own reservation for an eligible bus service.

*WILLER membership registration and login are required when making a reservation.
*Under no circumstances whatsoever may coupons be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

3. Selection announcement and notification

Selected applicants will be notified by email at the email address registered on the application form. Please note that we will not individually contact each person who did not win.
After receiving the selection notification email, selected applicants must reply by October 7 with their confirmed preferred route and travel date. If no reply is received by the deadline, the applicant’s selection will automatically become void.
Please configure your email settings in advance to ensure that you can receive emails from the “@willer.co.jp” domain.

4. Notes on posting on social media

After traveling on a WEX bus, winners must post a video by December 14 in accordance with the following rules.

(1) Target platforms (social media)

Please post your video using your own account on one or more of the following social media platforms that you specified when you submitted your application.
Instagram (post as feed or reel, not a story)
Facebook
RedNote
TikTok

(2) Hashtags/mentions required

When you post your content, be sure to include the following hashtags specified by WILLER EXPRESS, and mention WILLER's official account (using @).
Specified hashtags: #WILLER #WILLEREXPRESS

(3) Things to avoid when filming and posting

Photography that shows the faces of other passengers or crew members, or posts that violate privacy or portrait rights.
Violations of etiquette when on board, taking pictures in restricted areas, and other acts that go against laws and public order and morals.
Dissemination of false information, and slander that significantly damages the public image of WILLER EXPRESS.

(4) Copyright and secondary use of posted data

The copyright of content such as text, photos, and videos (hereinafter, "Posted Data") posted by winners regarding this Lottery shall be transferred free of charge to WILLER EXPRESS upon posting. WILLER EXPRESS shall be allowed to freely edit, process and use the Posted Data for use on its official social media, website, advertising and promotional materials, and other places, and the winner shall not exercise their moral rights as the author.

5. Measures in case of non-compliance or breach of obligations (important)

In the event that you do not post your video by the predefined date (December 14) despite receiving a prize (i.e. a coupon for free travel), or if you delete the post without justifiable reason or delete your social media account or make it private after posting, WILLER EXPRESS may cancel the prize and charge the winner the actual cost of their journey.
If you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to have provided false information, WILLER EXPRESS will void or cancel your entry and/or winning without prior notice.

6. Handling of personal information

The personal information you provide when you apply will be used only for the purpose of selection, draws, sending prizes to and contacting winners, and taking action regarding this service.
